I'm calling this an inversion. Inversion plus fog.
Next best chance of wind is Tuesday. Yet another massive upper level low will cross BC, turning desert gradients south and sweeping along small animals in its path.
If you're a mountain biker, be warned that it's muddy everywhere. I rode the Post n' Puddle yesterday. All puddles all the time in Post Canyon.
FYI, there's snow at the top of the Heather and Mt. Hood chairs.
